What's Different In Each Level?

Level 1

Foundation Builder

Dinner to be completed
1 hour prior to regular timings
(not earlier than 6pm)

Includes 3 main meals + 1 snack
Level 2

Active Reset

Dinner to be completed
2-3 hour prior to regular timings
(not earlier than 5pm)

Includes 3 main meals only
Level 3

Power Up

Dinner to be completed
between 4-5 pm

Includes 2 main meals + 1 snack
 
*Important Note: Levels cannot be switched once selected.
